State of Alabama's Office of Prosecution Services exists to assist the
prosecuting attorneys throughout the state in their efforts against criminal

The Office of Prosecution Services was established by an act of the Alabama State Legislature, Code of Alabama, 1975 Section 12-17-230.
Randall Hillman
Randall I. Hillman, Executive Director of The Office of Prosecution Services since 2003 is a graduate of Cumberland School of Law. Prior to his appointment to OPS, he was Chief Prosecutor for Alabama's 18th Judicial Circuit.
